This Privacy Policy explains how EMCCV (Extendable Modular Creative Concept Visualizer) handles information when you use our web application at dianathirring.com/emccv.

EMCCV currently operates entirely in your web browser. We do not:

• Collect personal information (no names, emails, or accounts) — except what you choose to send us through the contact form
• Use cookies or tracking technologies
• Use analytics or monitoring tools
• Store your creations on our servers
• Track your usage or behavior
• Share any data with third parties (because we don't have any!)

How Your Data is Stored

Everything you create in EMCCV is stored locally in your web browser using localStorage:

• Your character designs (entities) - Saved as XML files you download to your device
• Your preferences - Stored in your browser's localStorage
• Recent history - Stored in your browser's localStorage

This means your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export and share it. We cannot access, view, or recover your work.

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted by a web hosting provider. They may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, browser types, access times) as part of normal hosting operations. We do not have access to or control over these logs.

We currently do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Contact Form

If you send us a message through our contact form, we receive your email address, your name (if you enter one), the topic you chose, your message, and your browser's user-agent string (browser and operating system version, which helps us with bug reports). This information is delivered to us by email and used only to read and reply to your message. It is not stored in a database, not used for marketing, and not shared with anyone.

You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Future Changes - Premium Features

We plan to introduce optional premium features in the future, which may include:

• Cloud storage for your creations (requires an account)
• Sync across devices (requires storing data on our servers)
• Payment processing (handled by third-party payment providers)

These features will be entirely optional. The free, privacy-focused version of EMCCV will always remain available. We will update this Privacy Policy and notify users before implementing any data collection.

Children's Privacy

EMCCV does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we don't collect personal information at all, the service can be used by anyone. However, we recommend parental supervision for young users.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect your data, there's nothing for us to delete, modify, or export. You have complete control:

• Clear your browser's localStorage to remove all EMCCV data
• Delete downloaded entity files from your device
• Stop using the service anytime with no consequences
